Adam is the talent you need when you need to take the idea to the next level, not just thinking today, but in years to come. He is flexible and willing to help in the process of developing an idea an a strategy. I was particularly impressed by Adams’s ability to handle even the toughest clients AKA us—effortlessly. That skill often takes dedication, knowledge of brand, and will.
If you don't want to ever be motivated, inspired, or have a great time at your job, working with Adam may not be for you. If the thought of being the most creative and efficient version of your professional self sends shivers down your spine, working for Adam may not be for you. If you just downright H A T E the idea of the workplace feeling like someone you actually want to be? Get out now before it's too late. But, if you do like being managed by someone with emotional intelligence who also doesn't take life too seriously, you've found your man.
I had the pleasure of partnering with Adam at Microsoft Envision, an event designed to help business executives gain new insights for driving digital transformation in their organizations. As one of our guest speakers, Adam lead a workshop focused on engaging a diverse millennial workforce through creativity and teamwork. Adam lent his voice to the subject by drawing on his leadership experiences at The Hustle. His perspectives on how to empower flexible work, foster an employee-driven culture, and create a shared sense of creative ownership really resonated with our audience. We were one of the highest rated sessions of the entire event, even surpassing the former first lady Michelle Obama! Several attendees referred to the workshop as the “best session of the conference bar none.” Adam was also a joy to work with – supper collaborative, responsive to feedback, and just fun.
